Fixing factual information

Factual fields like your business name, address, phone, website, hours, and services can be corrected when you provide the right information along with proof of it. A link to your website or Google Business Profile works as verification. Once we apply your correction, it stays even if we refresh our data later.

Challenging your score

Scores are never hand-edited. If you believe your score is wrong, you are disputing the underlying data, not asking for a higher number. That means either your listing is matched to the wrong business, reviews are attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary is misrepresenting what reviewers actually wrote. We re-examine the sources and rebuild your listing from what we find.

Requesting removal

Listings are removed if your business is permanently closed, your entry is a duplicate, or you fall outside the scope of this directory. Accurate, in-scope listings can be declined removal. You will get a straightforward explanation if that happens. Our monthly verification cycle automatically catches and removes closed businesses too.
