BNF Construction has racked up 217 five-star reviews, an unusually large sample for this trade, and the throughline is how much of the insurance paperwork Jon Wolf and Brandon's team take off homeowners' hands. Jobs typically wrap in a day or two, with cleanup and gutter work bundled in.

• Thorough daily and final site cleanup
• Named crew (Jon Wolf, Brandon, Enrique, Taylor Tobias) with a strong local reputation
