Modern Restoration

5.0(115)✓ Google-verified

Every reviewer gave five stars, and the consistent story is fast, clean work backed by staff who answer questions and handle insurance headaches. Edgar, Chris, and Elisa appear repeatedly as the names homeowners remember, credited with finishing full roof jobs in a single day while leaving yards spotless and yards free of debris. The business handles roof replacements stem-to-stern: assessments, insurance navigation, and installation. Crews arrive professional and polite, finish what they quote, and stick around to verify nothing was missed. Reviewers without exception say they would hire again or recommend to others.

Spano Construction delivers consistent 5-star results across roofing and broader home renovation work. Customers praise Luis, Lou, Rich, and their team for arriving on time, explaining work clearly in writing, finishing projects within stated timelines, and leaving no debris or mess behind. Their pricing matches estimates and insurance quotes. Reviewers note the crew shows up even when facing personal challenges, responds quickly to emergencies, and returns after the job to address questions. Repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals are common.
