Nine five-star reviews praise John Bachand for careful diagnosis, quick execution, and honest pricing on basement waterproofing and leak work. The owner attends jobs personally, stays on budget, and follows through reliably in the Hartford area.
Jay and his team deliver roof replacements in one day with no trace left behind. Reviewers consistently praise the owner's responsiveness, honest estimates, and crew professionalism, with pricing that undercuts competitors.
Homeowners consistently encounter a responsive owner (Jeremy) who listens, explains options honestly, and mobilizes a crew that finishes with care and precision. Work includes siding, windows, gutters, decks, and masonry; specific crew members Victor, Alec, Vladimir, and Dave earn named praise for detailed trim work, daily cleanup, and treating homes as their own during projects often lasting weeks. Every review highlights professionalism and communication. Jeremy calls with progress photos, shows up during work, and handles unexpected findings (rot, water damage, structural issues) by walking the homeowner through options transparently. Pricing reflects higher-quality materials (premium fiberglass siding, Trex decks) rather than budget cuts; multiple reviewers note Jeremy negotiates on scope rather than corners.
