Macri Roofing delivers high-quality metal roof and replacement work for homeowners and commercial clients who connect with them. Five-star reviews praise punctuality, daily cleanup, and honest quotes, but one-star complaints centre on billing disputes and unresponsive phone intake.
Cristian and his crew consistently deliver roof replacements start to finish in a single day, with meticulous cleanup and transparent pricing that reviewers say beats competitor quotes. Insurance claim handling is their strength: they guide homeowners through the entire process, coordinate with adjusters, and execute jobs efficiently. One recent complaint alleges aggressive door-to-door marketing in Meriden claiming storm damage coverage for merely aged roofs, though the overwhelming body of work speaks to quality.
Homeowners consistently report fast, professional roof replacement work with crews finishing well ahead of schedule. Staff like Ryan, Keith, Kevin, and Taylor earn repeated praise for their knowledge and attentiveness to detail. The main friction point is pricing: one reviewer faced a quote doubled once work began, though Taylor's follow-up recovered the relationship. A 50-year workmanship warranty and willingness to handle bonus work (solar reinstalls, interior repairs, gutter upgrades) appear to be normalcy here, not exceptions.
