All 24 reviews are five-star across five years with no detractors. Shaun and his team consistently deliver roof work on schedule, at fair prices, and with hands-on communication. Reviewers cite same-day quotes, photo documentation, site cleanup, and follow-through on insurance claims as standout practices.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Dean and his crew handle roof replacement with straightforward pricing and quick turnarounds. Strong reputation for responsiveness, professional workmanship, and cleaning up after the job, though occasional complaints surface about leftover debris and one reported patching issue years ago.
Reviewers consistently report fast, professional roof replacement work backed by knowledgeable staff who handle insurance paperwork smoothly. Staff members like Mike, Derek, Christopher, and Emma appear across multiple reviews as personable and thorough, available from initial contact through job completion.
Most jobs yield spotless results and repeat customers, with crew professionalism and quick scheduling standing out. However, the business has a pattern of unsolicited marketing (signs placed without permission, unapproved email lists) and property damage complaints, plus occasional friction over pricing and what's included in quotes.
