All eight reviews are five-star. Customers praise the crew for respecting their property, cleaning up thoroughly, and delivering quality roofing work. Financing options and prompt attention to concerns stand out as practical strengths.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Empire Roofing Co holds a 5-star rating on one Google review. Review detail is too limited to speak to specific services, staff, or outcomes. Their website claims 40 years in business and lists roof replacement, repairs, metal roofing, emergency leak service, and maintenance agreements across multiple states.
Reviewers consistently describe arriving crews who work on schedule, explain options without pressure, and keep homeowners informed throughout projects. Named staff like Stephen, Damique, Max, George, Troy, and Chris receive repeated praise for friendliness and skill; multiple customers explicitly mention job sites being organized and cleaned at day's end, windows and doors installed with evident care, and roofs completed for condo associations with equal professionalism. Work spans roof replacement, gutters, siding, windows, and doors across Hartford Metro and beyond. Customers report four-day projects to month-long jobs all finished as quoted. One 2019 customer hired them again in 2026 after being impressed with earlier work, noting the crew (Carlos, John, Noman, Paris, Xavier) maintained the same standards. No complaints appeared in recent reviews.
Most reviewers report solid work and a professional crew. One complaint from years ago flagged an owner who refused to visit for an estimate and spoke dismissively to the caller, casting doubt on the business's professionalism.
