All five Google reviews rate this Newington contractor at five stars. Reviewers highlight fair pricing, rapid responses, and precise craftsmanship in roof replacement and shingle work. The business claims over 20 years in operation and serves Newington, Hartford County, and the broader Connecticut area.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Turner & Sons delivers consistent quality on roof replacements, with reviewers praising punctual crews, thorough cleanup, and technicians who troubleshoot beyond the initial scope. Ben and John stand out for follow-up calls and problem-solving, while a siding review flagged inconsistent project oversight early on. Choosing an attentive project manager (like John Mcgowan) matters.
Arrow shows up on time, prices fairly against local competitors, and manages insurance paperwork for roof replacements. Crews finish storm damage jobs in one day, clean up afterward, and handle inspections without the lengthy questionnaires other firms demand.
Homeowners consistently encounter a responsive owner (Jeremy) who listens, explains options honestly, and mobilizes a crew that finishes with care and precision. Work includes siding, windows, gutters, decks, and masonry; specific crew members Victor, Alec, Vladimir, and Dave earn named praise for detailed trim work, daily cleanup, and treating homes as their own during projects often lasting weeks. Every review highlights professionalism and communication. Jeremy calls with progress photos, shows up during work, and handles unexpected findings (rot, water damage, structural issues) by walking the homeowner through options transparently. Pricing reflects higher-quality materials (premium fiberglass siding, Trex decks) rather than budget cuts; multiple reviewers note Jeremy negotiates on scope rather than corners.
