Most jobs deliver clean, precise work with polite crews and clear communication, but pricing sometimes runs high and oversight lapses can leave damage unaddressed.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Review evidence is limited. The business is Google-verified and located in Plainville, and their website lists licenses and factory certifications in asphalt, metal, and specialty roofing materials. Service areas include Florida counties and Pennsylvania, covering residential and commercial work.
Most customers praise La Rich for fast estimates, same-day roof installation, and thorough cleanup. Bill, Scott, and Anthony are named repeatedly for professionalism and responsiveness. Two older complaints cite unaddressed damage and poor communication when follow-up calls were made. The company consistently undercut competitor quotes and says it goes beyond code on ice-and-dam coverage.
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
