V. Nanfito Roofing & Siding
Most jobs run smoothly, with crews finishing fast and leaving sites spotless. Technicians like Walter, Emery, Xavier, and Joe are named repeatedly for skill and respect. One recent job faltered when inadequate site oversight let scaffolding damage shingles, gutters leaked, and a dryer vent got covered. The company fixed each issue, but the homeowner had to spot them first. The pattern suggests strong execution when supervised, but occasional gaps in pre-job planning and mid-job checks. Storm damage and insurance claims are a real strength here. Crews match old siding color perfectly, inspect for hidden damage, walk owners through claims, and work fast. Pricing draws praise. The 4.7 rating across 223 reviews masks that one 2-star reviewer had multiple unnoticed mistakes, while dozens of 5-star reviews highlight clean work, communication, and respect.
