Vinny answers calls promptly and schedules visits within a day or two. Homeowners report jobs completed in one to three days, with crews showing up on time and finishing faster than quoted. Pricing is consistently called competitive or "very good" compared to other local roofers, and Vinny himself does inspections, handles estimates, oversees the job, and is present during work. Crews clean up daily, often leaving properties cleaner than expected, and match materials carefully (shingles, weather stations). No complaints appear in recent reviews across all service tiers.
