What do recent reviews say?
Every reviewer across 18 recent five-star accounts describes the same consistent experience: Ryan, Paul, Mark, and their crews answer quickly, show up on time, and manage each job with visible care. One homeowner chose them after getting three quotes, noting the team never pushed for a signature and delivered standing seam metal roofing and copper flashing that looked better than competitors' at lower cost.
Mark works on-site as project manager during replacements, handling questions and unexpected problems same-day. Reviewers name Griffin and other crew members for going extra distance on emergency repairs, thorough cleaning, and finishing metal work properly rather than rushing. One owner had a roof inspection handled by drone and sent images via email at no charge; another got cap shingles fixed the afternoon of a morning call.
