Most jobs finish in a single day with crews clearing every nail and communicating clearly throughout. Named salespeople (Kian, Tyler, Kyle, Tim) walk owners through estimates and insurance claims. One recent project hit a snag when a worker fell through a ceiling; the first repair was rushed, but Epic eventually arranged a proper fix. That same client felt pressured by a text about a separate deck project before he'd had time to respond.
The company's core strength is speed and thoroughness. Roof replacements routinely complete in 6 to 8 hours with full debris removal. Crews coordinate directly with insurance adjusters, handle material choices without hard-sell tactics, and send project managers to the site. Siding and gutter work also get similarly tight execution and follow-up.
City Roofing earns consistent five-star reviews for owner Matt's direct involvement and honest approach. He inspects jobs himself, calls back the same day, and opts for repairs when replacements aren't needed, charging fairly and leaving sites spotless. Crews arrive on time and finish efficiently, often completing work ahead of schedule.
Big Sky Contracting delivers complete roof replacements with particular strength in navigating insurance claims and managing storm damage. Reviewers consistently highlight Chad's hands-on approach, one-day project timelines, meticulous cleanup (including nails picked from yards), and follow-up care that sets them apart.
