Finestra installs replacement windows across Connecticut and Massachusetts, with strong marks for professionalism and turnaround time. Most jobs complete in one or two days. Named installers like Danny, Louis, Howie, and John earn consistent praise for skill and courtesy. Vinyl-only stock suits budget-conscious homeowners but may disappoint those wanting wood frames. One reviewer hit with drafts in an older home after installation; the company's warranty excludes installation gaps, so older houses warrant closer on-site oversight.
Bartlett Brainard delivers strong roofing and exterior work backed by named staff who remember customers over years and handle problems fast. Installers are professional, materials high-grade, and crews leave sites spotless. A 1-star review cited sales pressure on a door repair; another complained the team declined a single-window install despite prior customer status, conflicting with their website promise.
VCB Construction consistently delivers fast, clean work with strong communication. One year ago a customer's dog was injured by metal scraps left on the ground across two days, a serious lapse not seen in more recent reviews.
One reviewer praised the team for handling multiple jobs over winter with strong results, citing enough satisfaction to recommend them repeatedly. Evidence is limited to a single five-star review from seven years ago.
