All 24 reviews are five-star across five years with no detractors. Shaun and his team consistently deliver roof work on schedule, at fair prices, and with hands-on communication. Reviewers cite same-day quotes, photo documentation, site cleanup, and follow-through on insurance claims as standout practices.
Every project reviewer encountered arrives on time, a crew that shows up to do the job, and Ivan as owner managing the work personally. Siding, roof, and gutter jobs all complete on schedule with thorough cleanup, often better than promised. Reviewers appreciate the lack of sales pressure, clear breakdown of costs, and traceable attention to detail, from sealing doors to combing property for debris afterward. Ivan leads jobs from start to finish, answering questions without making customers feel rushed. Crews work fast yet avoid shortcuts, replacing damaged wood and rotten sections properly. Multiple reviewers note competitive pricing despite quality execution, and all mention being stress-free through a normally stressful process. The consistency of praise across siding, roofing, and gutter work spans nearly two years of reviews.
Dean and his crew handle roof replacement with straightforward pricing and quick turnarounds. Strong reputation for responsiveness, professional workmanship, and cleaning up after the job, though occasional complaints surface about leftover debris and one reported patching issue years ago.
