FAQ

How long does a roof replacement take?
Most projects complete in one day. A 2,836 sq ft roof and a colonial with three skylights were both finished same-day. Larger projects (roof plus gutters) may take 2–3.5 days.
Will the crew protect my landscaping and property?
Yes. Crew sets up tarps and wooden boards to protect plants, shrubs, trees, and windows. They bring a trailer to remove debris the same day rather than leaving a dumpster for days.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Warranty information is provided in writing after completion. The owner has followed up years later to repair damage under warranty terms.

KM&M Roofing LLC

4.9(163)✓ Google-verifiedPublishes prices

Most customers praise KM&M for fast, professional roof replacements completed on schedule, often in a single day. Kyle Murgo and his crew are noted for fair pricing, transparent communication with progress photos, meticulous cleanup, and protective measures around the property. One customer reported a no-call no-show appointment years ago and noted the owner did not conduct a final walk-through, though this is isolated in 163 reviews. The business handles complex projects well, including unexpected plywood replacement and storm-damage tarping. They serve residential replacements across Connecticut and offer financing starting at $100/month. Crew members like foreman Edgar are named by satisfied customers.

EcoSmart Home Services

EcoSmart delivers solid energy-efficiency work through knowledgeable crews who take care with homes and finish clean. However, responsiveness falters after the sale: customers report ghosting on follow-ups, multi-month solar delays, and frustration chasing staff to complete promised work. The company excels at audits and attic insulation but struggles with project management and customer follow-through.
