Across 16 reviews, Alan Soucy is deeply polarized. Five reviewers (all older reviews) praise fast roof installation, competitive pricing, and responsive service. But 10 reviewers describe months-long delays, no-shows despite confirmed appointments, shoddy work, and the owner ghosting after collecting payment. Quality complaints range from mismatched texture to incomplete framing. Multiple reviewers report legal action or BBB complaints. The business delivers when it commits but frequently does not commit at all.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Most work is completed quickly and at reasonable rates, with crews who clean up after themselves and stay in touch. One roof replacement resulted in ongoing leaks and concrete damage, with the contractor dismissing responsibility.
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
Every review is five stars. Customers consistently praise the project managers-Scott, Troy, Matt, and Gavin-for staying organized, responsive, and attentive throughout. Multiple reviewers highlight the cleanup afterwards, noting magnets used to sweep yards and not a single nail left behind. Henderson Roofing replaces roofs and gutters on residential homes, with recent projects completed on schedule and without disruption to daily life. The company also handles windows, siding, and doors. Staff like Caleb (roof inspector), Rachel (accounting), and the named crew leaders earn specific praise for making projects easy and maintaining high workmanship standards.
