Premier Improvements Solar
Most customers experienced smooth solar and roof installations with clear communication from sales through final handoff. Adam, Taylor, Brian, Chadwick, and installation crews earned repeated praise for honesty, responsiveness, and going beyond contract scope. Two recent reviews flagged installation mistakes corrected after the fact, slow reimbursement timelines, and poor responsiveness when money was owed, suggesting occasional friction with follow-through on compensatory claims. The company's roofing work surfaces in customer praise for full-roof-replacement projects paired with solar, town inspection coordination, and cleanup. Most five-star reviews cite certified expertise, monitoring dashboards, and genuine care for outcomes. The business appears strongest on initial project design and execution but has stumbled on post-job dispute resolution in at least two documented cases.
