Most customers experienced smooth solar and roof installations with clear communication from sales through final handoff. Adam, Taylor, Brian, Chadwick, and installation crews earned repeated praise for honesty, responsiveness, and going beyond contract scope. Two recent reviews flagged installation mistakes corrected after the fact, slow reimbursement timelines, and poor responsiveness when money was owed, suggesting occasional friction with follow-through on compensatory claims.
The company's roofing work surfaces in customer praise for full-roof-replacement projects paired with solar, town inspection coordination, and cleanup. Most five-star reviews cite certified expertise, monitoring dashboards, and genuine care for outcomes. The business appears strongest on initial project design and execution but has stumbled on post-job dispute resolution in at least two documented cases.
Early five-star reviews praised Tyler, James, and Royce for knowledge and professionalism during consultations. Recent one-star complaints detail overpricing ($34k siding quote undercut by half elsewhere), failed inspections on windows and siding, unresponsiveness during projects, and refusal to fix defects.
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
Jessica C and the office team consistently earn praise for quick responses and guiding customers through insurance claims, while crews complete replacements fast and leave sites clean. Storm-response jobs have been particularly smooth, with staff like JoJo and Jay Luna earning recognition for coordination. However, three recent one-star reviews flag serious red flags: a roof that leaked within weeks of replacement, a customer who waited months without communication after the company received insurance funds, and another job plagued by poor workmanship (200+ nails in the yard, improper flashing) and abandoned follow-up. The spread between five-star and one-star experiences is stark.
