Artisan Building and Remodeling LLC

4.7(472)✓ Google-verified

Most homeowners praise Artisan for finishing roof jobs in a single day with meticulous cleanup and responsive project managers like Brandon and John who stay in touch throughout. Repeated praise names specific crews (Liam, Tanner, DJ) and highlights insurance claim handling and careful attention to landscaping. A handful of customers report material and pricing friction: one felt pressboard was substituted for requested plywood; another faced a $125-per-sheet plywood charge and a last-minute ridge vent removal without advance notice. Communication breakdowns in those cases left customers unresolved despite escalation to customer service, though the company's office staff (Brittany, Adele) were noted as kind and thorough.

EcoSmart Home Services

4.2(58)✓ Google-verified

EcoSmart delivers solid energy-efficiency work through knowledgeable crews who take care with homes and finish clean. However, responsiveness falters after the sale: customers report ghosting on follow-ups, multi-month solar delays, and frustration chasing staff to complete promised work. The company excels at audits and attic insulation but struggles with project management and customer follow-through.
